Base mounted single slot modules are featured in the 1200 series. A single slot module design allows one tool set to be preset off-line in a module.
Bearing housing assemblies are used that are compatable with any type of rotary cutting tool, including Bernal Inc. RP dies.
Heavy duty side plate, base plate, stripping comb assembly and bearing housing designs make 1200 fpm (365 mpm) possible.
Bernal Inc. modules are universal in that any die diameter from the minimum to the maximum can be used with the module for the life of the module, allowing the module to become a piece of capital equipment instead of tooling.
